OUR PROCESS

We begin with an in-person consultation at your home or business to gain a clear understanding of your style, needs, and goals. This meeting allows us to explore ideas, assess the space, and begin shaping a personalized design plan tailored specifically to you.
During the consultation, we’ll define the scope of your project, discuss priorities, and establish a clear direction while being mindful of your budget and timeline. Consultations typically last 1–3 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the project.
This first step sets the foundation for a thoughtful, collaborative, and well-planned design process.

IDEA & CONCEPT
Following your consultation, we develop and present a clear design direction for your project. This includes curated materials, overall aesthetic guidance, and recommended contractor options when needed. Our goal is to translate everything discussed during the consult into a cohesive concept that aligns with your vision, lifestyle, and budget.
Design is a collaborative process, and adjustments are always welcome. If something doesn’t feel right, we encourage you to share that feedback—this is your home, and the design should reflect you. Together, we refine the concept until it feels both inspiring and right.

DESIGN & CREATE
This is where the vision truly comes to life—and one of our favorite steps in the process. We present the full design plan, thoughtfully curated to bring your space together in a cohesive and inspiring way.
Your design includes carefully selected paint colors, flooring, furniture, custom trim details, unique hardware, window treatments, and the occasional art piece or statement rug to tie everything together. Each element is chosen with intention, ensuring the design feels layered, balanced, and uniquely yours.
At this stage, the vision is no longer just an idea—it’s on the verge of becoming reality.

BUILD & INSTALL
While we love the creative process, the execution is best handled by our trusted team of skilled contractors and craftsmen. Unlike designers who step away once plans are finalized, we remain closely involved throughout the build and installation phase, maintaining constant communication with everyone involved.
Inevitably, questions or challenges may arise during construction—but thoughtful problem-solving and design-driven decisions are where experience truly matters. We oversee the details, coordinate with contractors, and ensure the original vision is carried through with care and precision.
